Analyses and measurements
We use data to carry out analysis and measurements. This helps us gain more insight into the use of our website and the platform. For example, if we see that certain steps in a programme or certain virtual reality scenarios are visited more frequently, or less frequently, then we can make changes to the programme. This helps us to improve the programme and make it correspond better to our users’ needs. By doing this, we hope to offer you a platform that provides a pleasant user experience and gives support for your needs.
We also use measurements to make personal recommendations. When you complete a questionnaire, we can use the results to make recommendations about specific programmes you may wish to take. We learn what recommendations our platform can make by analysing our users’ use.
The platform includes various questionnaires. The information in the completed questionnaires is used for analyses and measurements and kept strictly confidential. No reports are produced at individual level. Your data is never passed on to third parties unless you have explicitly consented to this.
Gezondeboel wishes to emphasise that no Google Analytics tracking cookies are placed in the treatment programmes or anywhere on the platform.
Disclosure to third parties
We do not disclose your personal data to third parties, unless we are legally required to do so or you have given separate consent to this. If we suspect fraud or misuse of our service then we may provide personal data to the competent authorities.
Use of cookies
Another method frequently used on the internet to improve the way webpages work is the use of (temporary or permanent) cookies. These are small text files that are automatically placed on a visitor’s computer by a webpage they visit. Our cookie policy provides more information on the use of cookies on the Gezondeboel website.

This privacy statement does not apply to third parties’ websites that are connected to our website via links (YouTube, Vimeo, Mollie Payments). We cannot guarantee that these third parties will deal with your personal data in a secure manner. We advise you to read the privacy statements for these websites before using them.
