About the training
Worrying too much can make you feel stressed, overwhelmed and exhausted. Your mind is overflowing and your thoughts seem to bounce around your head like rubber balls. For example, you may be constantly imagining all the things that could go wrong. If you recognize this, then following this training might be a good idea.
This training has been developed for adults (and young adults) who suffer from worrying.

What is in the training?
The training starts with a explanation of what worrying is and why you worry. After that you fill in a questionnaire to identify how much you are worrying. Many people are already helped by being able to recognise worrying and its consequences, others need more tools to help them tackle the worrying thoughts themselves. We have some exercises that will help you with that, too!
