About the training
Perhaps you don’t feel like you have a balanced life at the moment and you’re really stressed or experiencing a lot of anxiety. Or there have been a lot of changes in your life so you now want to rediscover what’s important to you and what your ideal balance looks like. This training is intended to help you become aware of the imbalance and restore balance.
For who?
This training is for people who want to create more balance in their lives. You may be currently experiencing an imbalance that gives rise to stress, fatigue, gloom or a sense of unease. Or perhaps you simply aren’t happy with the way your live is going at the moment.

What is in the training?
The first session begins with an explanation of balance (and imbalance), stress and wellbeing. After that you will look at what you stand for and how you would like to lead your life. Session 3 is about the real world, which can sometimes be difficult to control. What are the things you can influence and the ones you can’t and what role does your mindset play in determining this? Session 4 then deals with what you can do to restore the balance. It’s about time management, setting boundaries, living healthily and what it means to relax completely. The final session talks about the importance of checking whether you are achieving balance and making changes where necessary.
