About the training
Taking your phone with you to the toilet to check your timeline. Or immediately reaching for your phone when you have to wait for a train. Familiar, right? In this training you will take a critical look at your use of social media and your phone.
Those apps certainly aren’t all bad, but in the training you’re going to check whether you’re experiencing negative effects due to that use. In that case it’s a good idea to look at how you can use your phone and social media in a healthier way.

This training has been developed for adults and young adults who experience negative effects due to their phones use.

What is in the training?
This short training starts with information about what excessive smartphone use is and what negative effects you can experience from it. After this you get to work to reduce your smartphone use. The training also focuses on Fear Of Missing Out, the negative effect on your sleep and self-confidence.
