What is in the training?
The training is short and contains explanation about the usefulness and effect of relaxation. This is followed by different types of relaxation exercises, such as a progressive relaxation exercise, a visualisation exercise and a breathing exercise. It also provides tips on releasing tension through physical exercise. The training is straightforward and can easily be followed by a client independently.
