About the training
Resilience is about the ability you have to recover from a stressful or sad event. In this program you will learn more about what resilience is and you will work on increasing your resilience.
For who?
This training is intended for people who want to get better at dealing with setbacks. You want to be prepared for a setback and recover more quickly from an unpleasant or distressing event. This may be important to you because you yourself are experiencing an illness, disability or reduction in health or you see someone close to you going through this. But of course it may just be because you would like to develop in this area.

What is in the training?
The first session provides information on what exactly resilience is and what it is made up of. Then you will take a look at your resilience with the help of an assignment. You will also set goals for yourself. At the end of the training you’ll be able to see how you’re progressing with these goals. The sessions after this deal with various topics connected with resilience such as your self-esteem, positivity, self-direction and connection.
