About the training
We are swamped by all kinds of choices in daily life. Being able to choose gives you a lot of freedom. The strange thing is that many people don’t experience that sense of freedom. As a result of having to make decisions often, they experience a certain pressure or anxiety. In this training you will learn more about the stress that making decisions can cause and what you can do about it.
This training has been developed for adults who experience decision stress or find it difficult to make a decision and want to practise this.

What is in the training?
This is a short training made up of two sessions in which the client is given information and tips about decision stress and can complete a decision-making tool that guides them towards making a considered decision.
