What is in the training?
The training start with a session on how you communicate as a sender. This part is about factors that play a role in the way we communicate and different communication styles. The second part is about the message. In this we consider verbal and non-verbal communication, the various communication channels and the context in which communication takes place. The third part is about the role played by the receiver of the message. Here we discuss various errors of interpretation. In the final session there are practical tools for communication in difficult situations like fights.
