About the training
Communication brings us friendships, relationships and solutions, but it can also bring disagreement or confusion. In this training we will look in more detail at the sender, the message, the receiver and avoiding miscommunication in these areas. You’ll also receive tips on the best way to approach communication in difficult situations. At the end of the training you are likely to be communicating in a more conscious way.

The training is developed for anyone who wants to learn to communicate better and/or wants to become more aware of their own communication style and ‘interference’.

What is in the training?
The training start with a session on how you communicate as a sender. This part is about factors that play a role in the way we communicate and different communication styles. The second part is about the message. In this we consider verbal and non-verbal communication, the various communication channels and the context in which communication takes place. The third part is about the role played by the receiver of the message. Here we discuss various errors of interpretation. In the final session there are practical tools for communication in difficult situations like fights.
