About the training
Not sleeping or sleeping badly causes irritability, stress and difficulty concentrating. You could experience anxiety, frustration and tension. You start to worry about how you’re sleeping. If this sounds familiar, then it’s good to start this training.
For who?
The training has been developed for people suffering from the following sleeping problems: inability to get to sleep, inability to sleep through and waking too early. You can also follow it if you have been diagnosed with the sleep disorder insomnia.
What will you learn?
- Keeping a sleep diary to gain insight into your sleeping habits
- How to set up the bedroom
- Relax through relaxation exercises
- Less worrying in bed
What is in the training?
The training starts with sleeping habits and how the bedroom is set up. The second session deals with relaxation, with various relaxation exercises being provided. The third session deals with thoughts about sleep and worrying in bed.
