About the training
In this program you will find various relaxation exercises that may help you with your symptoms. Trying them out is a good idea because relaxation exercises are really useful for everyone, even if you’re not experiencing any symptoms.
This training has been developed for a broad range of different symptoms like stress or anxiety, but you can even benefit from relaxation if you don’t have any complaints.

What is in the training?
The training is short and contains explanation about the usefulness and effect of relaxation. This is followed by different types of relaxation exercises, such as a progressive relaxation exercise, a visualisation exercise and a breathing exercise. It also provides tips on releasing tension through physical exercise. The training is straightforward and can easily be followed by a client independently.
