About the training
You’re probably feeling sombre at the moment. Maybe you have less energy than before, you experience less pleasure in things or you feel empty. In this program you will receive practical tips that can help you understanding your sombre moods better and to reduce feelings of sadness.
This training has been developed for adults who suffer from sombre feelings. The training is intended for mild to moderate problems and can also be used on a preventive basis.

- You will learn to create a schedule to introduce more structure to your day
What is in the training?
The training starts with information about sombre feelings and the completion of a questionnaire. You will focus on activation, lifestyle, negative thoughts and acceptance. In the final session you complete the questionnaire again and consideration is given to possible relapses.
