About the training
Do you often feel restless or an overfull mind. Maybe you feel agitated. In this training you work on these complaints. You will learn where they come from and how you structure your daily life better.
The training is developed for people who are agitated and inattentive. You can also use the training if it is not yet clear whether they have ADD/ADHD. The training devotes some attention to the possible causes of the symptoms; whether these have been present throughout the person’s life and therefore whether they may have ADD/ADHD. Or whether the symptoms are caused by current circumstances.

What is in the training?
The module contains four parts. Session one explains what overactive and inattentive behaviour is. The second session looks at emotions and dealing with unpleasant emotions. The third session provides tools for creating structure and planning in daily life.
